Linda N. Saville is a seasoned Trial Litigation Paralegal at Kelly Law Team with more than 20 years of experience supporting complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts. She brings deep expertise in product liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and other high-stakes matters, playing a critical role in case development from inception through verdict.
Linda has extensive trial experience, including managing discovery, coordinating expert witnesses, preparing exhibits, and supporting attorneys in the courtroom. She worked alongside respected trial attorney Lynn Shumway for six years, gaining invaluable experience in sophisticated litigation strategy and hands-on trial preparation.

Brenda is known for her disciplined approach to case organization and her ability to manage large volumes of information in complex litigation. Her experience includes overseeing extensive discovery projects involving hundreds of thousands of documents, conducting detailed legal research, and assisting attorneys during depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
In addition to her litigation expertise, Brenda has operated her own paralegal services firm, supporting attorneys nationwide with advanced litigation support and case strategy.
