Smart, compassionate, and deeply committed to personal and professional growth, Zach is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree at Northern Arizona University and is always looking for ways to level up his leadership and team. Before joining KLT, he served as Workforce Manager and Project Manager at Epiq, where he oversaw teams of over 200 agents, improved performance metrics, and implemented process efficiencies that dramatically enhanced operational outcomes. Zach’s ability to listen, lead, and continuously improve makes him the ideal person to support callers in need and drive our Intake Department forward.
