The Kelly Law Team is honored to collaborate with the Arizona Rattlers in support of the L.E.A.P. Program—Leveraging Everyone’s Abilities and Passion. This initiative opens doors for individuals on the autism spectrum, offering them the chance to immerse themselves in the thrilling world of arena football by shadowing Rattlers staff across various game-day roles.

From media operations and equipment handling to guest services and event coordination, participants gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment. This real-world exposure not only introduces them to the fast-paced sports industry but also cultivates essential workplace skills like communication, teamwork, and confidence.

Throughout the 2025 season, each Arizona Rattlers home game will welcome 8 to 10 L.E.A.P. participants, ensuring wide-reaching impact across our community. This isn’t just a behind-the-scenes experience—it’s a pathway to personal and professional growth.

To support the diverse needs of our participants, access to the Desert Diamond Arena sensory room is also available, underscoring the program’s unwavering commitment to inclusivity.
