PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY CLIFFORD L. FRISBIE
Mr. Clifford L. Frisbie is the litigation associate attorney with Kelly Law Team. After more than ten years of legal work in a varying array of legal specialties, Mr. Frisbie chose to join the efforts of Mr. Kelly to provide excellent customer service and superior legal representation to personal injury victims. Mr. Frisbie began his legal career as a legal assistant to build a solid foundation and understanding of the legal system with the purpose of understanding how to best assist clients during every step the process. Mr. Frisbie continues to utilize that foundation and his years of case management and litigation experience to assertively fight to obtain full compensation for those who have been injured by others. With his extensive arbitration and trial experience, Mr. Frisbie has created a meticulous process for developing insurance demands and lawsuits. Mr. Frisbie believes that focusing on each aspect of the incident and how it has affected the injured party is the best method of recovery for his clients. He understands that by providing legal and substantial support for each aspect of the claim and using assertive negotiating tactics, he can hold the insurance company accountable for their insured. Mr. Frisbie focuses his practice and skills on helping the victims of personal injury matters such as auto accidents, premise liability, and dog bites and he works toward obtaining full compensation for his clients.
Originally from New York, Mr. Frisbie obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University in 1999. Shortly after completing his undergrad degree, Mr. Frisbie relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada and began working as a legal assistant while obtaining his paralegal certificate from the University of Nevada. Mr. Frisbie moved to Arizona to attain his Juris Doctorate at Arizona Summit Law School while working for one of the top well-known law firms of the southwestern states when he was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and began practicing law in 2011. Mr. Frisbie was then admitted to the New Mexico State Bar and the Nevada State Bar in 2011 and 2012, respectfully. Mr. Frisbie is dedicated to providing legal services without divesting client confidence. He has maintained a passion for helping injury victims in the underserved communities of Arizona. In fact, Mr. Frisbie was recognized at one of the Arizona Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in 2012. After years of serving the Arizona community as a sole practitioner, Mr. Frisbie decided to join the efforts of Mr. John Kelly at Kelly Law Team with the goals of fighting for the rights of personal injury victims in Arizona.
Mr. Frisbie is currently admitted to the Arizona State Bar, the Nevada State Bar, and the New Mexico State Bar (inactive) and admitted to the U.S. District Court and District of Arizona courts.
